Exterior Driver's Side - Door Jam

Hi- I'm hoping someone can assist? I have a 2000 Ferrari 360, went to get in the car, and the exterior door is locked, and will not respond to a key, remote, etc.

I have to enter through the passenger side door. I can unlock it from the inside, but not outside.

Any advice would be wonderful! Thank You!!!!

Sounds like it has jammed.

When you click the remote, do you hear any sound like the remote motor is trying to unlock the door ?

Wth the driver door open, can you operate the exterior handle normally or is it stuck in place?

You might also have a fuse issue with which to deal, and, as such, not power is getting to the lock mechanism on that side..

The interior latch is mechanical wherein the exterior is electrical.

I believe each side is independently fused. Should be located in trunk on right side as you look in.

Look at your manual to locate the appropriate fuse.
