Hi- I'm hoping someone can assist? I have a 2000 Ferrari 360, went to get in the car, and the exterior door is locked, and will not respond to a key, remote, etc. I have to enter through the passenger side door. I can unlock it from the inside, but not outside. Any advice would be wonderful! Thank You!!!! |

When you click the remote, do you hear any sound like the remote motor is trying to unlock the door ? Wth the driver door open, can you operate the exterior handle normally or is it stuck in place? You might also have a fuse issue with which to deal, and, as such, not power is getting to the lock mechanism on that side.. The interior latch is mechanical wherein the exterior is electrical. I believe each side is independently fused. Should be located in trunk on right side as you look in. Look at your manual to locate the appropriate fuse. |
