I'm embarking on a restoration of 246 GTS #05702 and one of the most prevalent Dino painters in the Western USA is Steve Kouracos of Orange County, CA (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/steve-n-kouracos/18/196/6a1). After we spoke several times, I flew Steve up to the PNW to view my Dino project and offer opinions on Dino shaping, surfacing, and painting. I invited other Dino owners/enthusiasts around the area to attend; Mark, Mike, Keith, Dan, and Ryan. We gathered together and spent hours discussing all thngs Dino. Steve is a very enthusiastic and dynamic person that I found very knowledgable. From prior Dinos he has surface, he imparted insight into special areas that will need attention. PS - I'm new here. Do people post their restorations in this forum because not everyone can see tehm in the Dino section because its for owners only? Thank you |

Very cool! Are you doing the restoration (minus painting) yourself or do you have a shop lined up to do it? What aspects of the car are you restoring? PS: Pictures taken at Red Hook Brewery? |
