Default Dino restoration - Steve "surface master" Kouracos mixes oranges and apples

I'm embarking on a restoration of 246 GTS #05702 and one of the most prevalent Dino painters in the Western USA is Steve Kouracos of Orange County, CA (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/steve-n-kouracos/18/196/6a1).

After we spoke several times, I flew Steve up to the PNW to view my Dino project and offer opinions on Dino shaping, surfacing, and painting. I invited other Dino owners/enthusiasts around the area to attend; Mark, Mike, Keith, Dan, and Ryan. We gathered together and spent hours discussing all thngs Dino.

Steve is a very enthusiastic and dynamic person that I found very knowledgable. From prior Dinos he has surface, he imparted insight into special areas that will need attention.

PS - I'm new here. Do people post their restorations in this forum because not everyone can see tehm in the Dino section because its for owners only?
Thank you

Very cool! Are you doing the restoration (minus painting) yourself or do you have a shop lined up to do it? What aspects of the car are you restoring?

PS: Pictures taken at Red Hook Brewery?

Hello SCM246. Fascinating and looking forward to your Dino expertise. Wonderful collections there. Any reasons why you prefer GTS models over GT ? w/ smiles Jimmy
